TBL Driver Onboarding & Policy Updates

Please read carefully before proceeding to your orientation video.

The Brother Load has updated its policies, procedures, communication standards, payment procedures, and operating requirements. All drivers-both new and existing-must complete the current onboarding process before they are authorized to receive or complete TBL deliveries.

To ensure you are fully authorized for dispatch, you must complete all 5 steps in exact order:

  • Watch the full TBL Driver Orientation

  • Take the Orientation Quiz

  • Score 100% on the Quiz (retakes are allowed if needed)

  • Sign the Driver Orientation Acknowledgment

  • Sign the new Independent Contractor Agreement

Note: All steps listed above are strictly required. Your driver account will not be marked active or eligible for dispatch until every single step has been completed.
